At First United Church, we govern ourselves by the Church Council model, which emphasizes the responsibility of all members to be engaged in ministry.
Every United Church must have an M&P Committee. This group is the official liaison between the congregation and its paid ministers and staff. They provide support, encourage education, offer consultation, and deal with contracts.
